Dear
Internet reader;

Praise the
Lord, here you can see Brother Knapp and the members breaking down the old walls
to enlarge the church building. The
picture on the top left shows on the right rear where we removed the office
area, and were able to get 20 more seats in for the services.
We have one more wall in the back that can be removed, if we find a place
we can afford to rent for the children church and consulting room.
The first service was packed wall to wall, as we had a visiting minister
preach. The next Sunday, I preached
and it was so nice to see all the chairs were full.
Our Youth invited their friends and I believe we had seated 81 and then
some standing. We believe we
can get up to 100 in to the service, with the teachers and children still able
to have their service in the last room. Thank
you so much for your prayers and support, as we are still working on the inside
and outside of the Church in Sheung Shui, New Territories, Hong Kong, China.
Below
is the picture of the ones we baptized in the ocean last month, it was raining and as we got into the water, we were wet, but
as we started to pray, for the first young lady, the rain stopped, and the Sun
started to shine. Some of the
members took pictures and went into the water with us, so when I get those
pictures, I will show you what a joy it is to see these youth, 18 and up,
following Jesus Christ in his death, burial and resurrection, it is a joy to
take the Name of Jesus as Lord and Saviour.
During the youth camp, they all came for instructions in Baptism,
then prayer for repentance and their promise to follow Jesus all the way.
Since some are from Buddhist families, one 22 year old, asked for prayer
that her Mom would say OK for her to be baptized, and she did, Praise God, some
Buddhist families will disown their children if they accept Christ and are
baptized. Since then I seen the joy
on their faces, and they are so happy to see us, and it is a joy, that you all
helped us have. With out your
faithful support, it is possible none of these young people would of known
Jesus. Thank your for your
prayers.
Yours truly
in Jesus,
