Thank you, for your support in prayer that helps us to reach Mainland China as well as Hong Kong, with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Sister
Carol and I would like to apologize for not getting this letter to you before
now. My hard drive on the computer started to make some noise and in a few
minutes, it was no more, the computer said it did not have a system. We
then had to purchase a new hard drive and install it, and put all the programs
on it, the backup and database.
Sister Carol’s sister Iva Jean, died last month, and that was hard on Carol. We are thankful we were able to see her and the family last October. Here in Hong Kong, we had a problem getting the upstairs apartment for the children’s church. Another place was found, which is larger, about twice the size of the church we have now. The Church has made a bid of USD $1,560.00 a month, on the place, in the next town. Please pray, if this is Gods will we can move there and be blessed.
Next week, I will be working with the Shueng Shui church in five classes to teach English to the Newcomers from the communist mainland. This is a joint endeavor that will reach the four districts in Hong Kong, working with about 30 or more Chinese volunteers. In the past year our Chinese Church have had nine newcomers, families attend the churches. Below you will see some pictures so let me share with you this meeting last month, our young people, lead the music and the children had a part, which reached hundreds of Chinese with the Gospel. This was next the apartment building we have a flat in, which is in Fanling.
I paid the advance payment of few thousand US dollars for the Youth Camp this year that we hope to reach a hundred young people, many who are not believers, and this is our way of reaching them for Christ, with the support of our local church people teaching and ministry alone side us.
Our young people can be seen leading the music and the children taking part last mouth for the youth day.
