Dear Internet reader and supporters;
Thank you, for all your prayer support as it does help us to reach out to China with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
We hope everyone had a nice Christmas, as our churches were out in full, sharing with the unreached in the local Mall. The Gospel message as well as why Christians believe in Jesus Christ, as the Lord and God of their salvation. In the pictures above you can see the platform and our worship and praise leaders singing and sharing the Gospel in song. The next is some the young people, sharing their faith in Christ to the people in the mall. Many unbelievers stopped at the booths the church had set up, to share the message of the birth of Christ. Poster boards with the story of the birth of Jesus and such in Chinese, as our youth talked to the ones visiting them. Ten youth and a parent was at the church service we had for them Sunday afternoon, the young people said they wanted to learn more about Jesus and wanted to know how to be a Christian. Ninety-Eight people came and asked for more information about how to be saved. This was worth all the work the church, elders, young people and the youth put in to this time of evangelism.
Sister Carol Joy, had her birthday and the church gave her a cake as we had a good time together on Christmas eve, her Birthday was the 25th of December, Christmas day, so we had it that night before. You can see some the younger children in the church enjoying the meeting with us. God is so good and we wish to think you for your prayers and support, which helps bring these things to pass. We were in meetings all of Christmas day. We are looking forward to a good New Years 2004 and more growth. Our Chinese pastor and elders are talking about adding more services on Sundays, as the Lord is adding to the Church each month. It is good to see the Chinese people we work with, on the streets passing out tracts, both in the Fanling Church and the TST church. They do this each Sunday after church, and before the next service. A group goes out and invites people to hear the Gospel. I will be preaching the first message of the New Year. I have committed ourselves to minister in the churches we work with, as well as the Drug rehab center, and other areas. It is great to be ministering the things of God, to them that are hungry to hear. The Internet ministry is doing well. People have sent emails telling me they are praying and are glad I can teach and minister daily over the internet. God is so good. We do hope these pictures will be worth more then we could say, in writing. I do believe seeing is believing and your support is used in the outreach ministry, to them that know not Jesus, as well as training and nurturing the Churches and such that God has given to us, to care for, thank you ever so much.
Please pray that our support picks up, as we lost some supporters due to age, a church closer and problems we knew nothing about in a main supporting church. In 2003 It was the first time we have not met our budget in years. If you know anyone that would like to help support missions, please let them know of this ministry.
