Dear Internet friends and supporters;
Thank you, for your prayers and support these last few months which helps us to reach out to China with the Gospel of Lord Jesus Christ.
God
is blessing, and with your prayers and support you can see by the pictures the
growth and deep spiritual hunger for Gods Word. When a verse is given, everyone
opens the bible and follows the reading of the text. A few years ago, I was
able to purchase bibles for the church.
Sunday
after service all the folks went out with the church handbills. That tells the
time of the services all the extra classes and such that are available. They
went door to door and street by street a few thousand notices with all the
information and a map to where the church is. New people are coming in every
week and one by one they are finding Jesus Christ as their Savior and their
God. They are turning from false religions to the living faith in Christ. We
are so privileged to be a part of this move of God, and to have you behind us in
Prayer. Two young ladies started to tithe and God blessed them, one needed a
job, she gave her tithes and that week she got employment. Another of our young
people that worked part time, she also tithe and had a 20% raise given to her
that week. They just had to share with everyone that God is faithful to them
that love him.
Prayer and support needed at this time to reach the youth for Christ, if you can help with this God will bless and the youth will be very thankful and hope some will find Jesus as their Lord and obey the Gospel so they may be born again.
You can see in this picture some of the Youth that came to youth camp, last year. I have been asked if we could again help, as always I promised by faith we will pay the cost for at least ten young people. For those that could not attend without this help. Thank God we were about to help almost twenty youth last year to camp. The cost for each is only US Dollar $40.00 which will pay for their meals and logging for three day, two night camp. We need to have this money by the end of April so we can make the arrangements for renting the camp. We would like to have around 80 to 100 attend the camp. If you can help, please mark your check for Youth camp, or YOUTH, and every cent will be used to help the youth enjoy camp and enjoy the Holy Spirit, as God always blesses, and we hope to follow that up with another Baptism service.
Sister Carol and I, would like to thank you for your prayers, for our daughter Elizabeth, her operation went well. If we are late in thanking you for your support please forgive, as Liz takes care of the deposits for us. Please remember her in your prayers; it will be over a month before she can do everything again. Timothy her husband will make sure the deposit are made, and reaches us here, so we can continue this work, of bringing the lost to Jesus here in Hong Kong, China.
